I am growing this Eucalypt in Columbia, SC(zone 8a) and it has survived the cold even in 1 Gal. pots. This is absolutely a beautiful plant. The triangular shaped leaves have a white glaucous back to them. This beautiful Eucalyptus has withstood 15F without any damage whatsoever. I would say that the hardiness rating should be around zone 7b to 8a
