AJUGA Silver Beauty - Short - Plant10" apart zone 3-9 Nice sturdy groundcover with creamy white and green leaves. Blue flowers in May. Colorful all year.

General Information
Extremely hardy ground cover. Lush waxy foliage hugs the soil with flowers appearing in May and June. Can be walked on, mowed over, and generally abused. In fall, blowing autumn leaves are easily raked off its dense foliage. Deer Resistant, Ground Cover.

This isn't my favorite ajuga; it's a bit bland compared to others. It might be nice as a contrasting plant or where an inconspicuous groundcover is wanted.

My information on it says it is hardy in zones 3-10.

Additional information ... Not as hardy as other Ajugas, and reverts to plain green in no time.

Regional...

This plant has been said to grow in the following regions:

Granite City, Illinois
North Augusta, South Carolina
