I grew this plant from seed. It grew around a pole that I had put vinyl coated fencing around. It was easy to grow and required no care except for water occasionally. The seeds are easy to collect also.

This is a great, low-maintainence, fast growing vine. The leaves provide quick coverage and the flowers last till frost in central Ohio. Wonderful for a moonlight garden. (For some reason a lot of my flowers lack the black eye -- "blind-susies"?)

A beautifully easy little grower. This thunbergia sits on a south-facing front porch, twining up a teepee support and blooming constantly. A treasure.
