This plant grows throughout the parts of my lawn that have been disturbed by recent construction and in areas up against the house.

The only reason that I don't give this invasive plant a negative because I haven't really found it to be a problem.

It hasn't crowded anything out, it's small and inconspicuous.

Black Medic(k) is an invasive plant in this area. Once established, it is very difficult to get rid of. It is resistant to many herbicides for broad leaf weeds. Its only good quality is that it is edible. The seeds can be parched and eaten out of hand or ground into flour.
