This dessert or table grape is renowned for its flavour and sweetness. It is the speciality of the area around Moissac, NW of Toulouse in SW France.

It is known by a lot of other names: Golden Chasselas, Chasselas Dore, Dorin, Fendant, Frauentraube, Gutedal, Marzemina Bianca, Sussling.
