Great variety of creeping phlox -- a bright, eye-catching magenta color.
Update 2012: this is a vigorous grower and bloomer. The mat grows all the way down the rocks; if I trim it back, it will bloom again most of the time. The color is really intense; it's hard to capture in a photograph.
