Boone County Arboretum, in Northern Kentucky has a single specimen that has done well. Initially there was a bit of leaf spot evident on lower branches, but it has since subsided. This tree has appeared to tolerate drought well, and the dark green leaves with extremely white undersides catch you attention on breezy days. This plant needs further evaluation however for long term uses.
