I have purchased one of these, which are supposed to grow here in zone 5. Since mine are small at this time, I have no idea whether it will flower. Time will tell. Until then, because it has lived over one of our winters, but doesn't show an abundance of growth yet, I will give it a neutral rating. To be continued...
