Fantastic flowering shrub for zone 4. This has a lovely fragrance when in bloom. Very low maintenance and problem-free. I only prune out old dead branches and otherwise leave them alone. The branches arch out over the steep slope and look lovely all season long. These are stunning when in full flower but look very nice even when not blooming.

This new selection is identical to the standard Vanhoutte Spirea except this one is resistant to mildew and rust disease.
