This Amoenum Group maple looks like 'Osakazuki' throughout the summer, with mid-green, shallowly lobed leaves. While 'Osakazuki' turns blazing scarlet in fall, 'Ichigyoji' turns brilliant gold. This upright tree can reach 7 m. It is thought to be a sister seedling to 'Osakazuki'.
