Lovely tree I have had for 20 years. Supposed to be sterile, and was for many years, but in the last few years I have noticed them sprouting. I have never let the seedlings get big enough to know if they would be variegated. Does not attract Box Elder bugs, the few I have seen do not hang around. Has never had any pests or ailments. Very healthy tree.
