I as well ordered this clematis from Michigan Bulb under the name Celtic Sky. I stumbled across the previous post and found out the real name. This clematis is going to be one of my favorite plants in my yard. I got it as a tiny little thing in spring 2010. It did not bloom that year. This year it has 4 flowers and they are just stunning. Almost the size of my hand. It started as completely light lavender and now the outer petals are turning magenta. I am sooo happy that I got this one.

Michigan Bulb was selling this Clematis as 'Celtic Skies' and I ordered one but was unable to find this as a registered cultivar. When I received the plant it was tagged as 'Vyvyan Pennell' also. I planted it last October, and it has done quite well, with two large flowers this spring.
