my extended family was skeptical about the Mirai BC corn until they tasted it. I had to double my order this year, hopefully the seed company comes through. Excellent taste, very tender and is forgiving if you leave in on the stalk a bit too long. I froze quite a lot and it is already gone :(
I am thinking of expanding to try the white Mirai corn varieties.
