This is a variegated form of Philodendron giganteum. As the name suggests, it is very large, with a very large, huge climbing trunk with very large leaves. It is quite attractive with large leaves even as a baby, when it is bushy before it starts to turn into a climbing philodendron. See http://www.glasshouseworks.com for more information and photos of Philodendron giganteum (Giant Philodendron - including a photo of the variegated form shown here), beginning in the letter "P" of tropicals. Philodendron giganteum is good for a large living space indoors or for the conservatory.
