I really like this funky-looking aster. Plant habit is somewhat stiff and goofy looking. Plants are tall and narrow, with beautiful dark red/purple stems. The flowers come in an amazing range of subtle colors. Bloomed for me late August to late September from a mid-May direct seeding.
