I saw this peony at Kew Gardens, London but when I did a search to find more info, there is practically none available. Some authorities claim it to be a species, but most likely, it a hybrid. The flowers are single. The unique feature is that the flowers first open a coral-orange but as they age, turn to dark pink then a lighter pink. The change is quite attractive.
