Love the soft color but my soil and where I planted it for evening shade were not best for it. I will try again next year. My area in ABQ,NM has Caliche, a clay soil bound with calcium that dries rock hard and cracks. I amended the soil but obviously not well enough for this plant. You can see one blossom peeking through other plants surrounding it. It is also possible I did not give it enough room.

This is a gorgeous marigold, a nice cream color with dark green foliage. (I don't like most marigolds because of the neon colors.) Mine is in a small container has been reasonably tolerant of irregular watering and fertilizing (meaning, it has come back after watering even though it was wilting).

Lots of pretty off-white flowers, and also very nice foliage. I don't like the typical marigold pallette but this one goes nicely with softer colors.
