I have grown this summer squash from seed the past 2 years . I purchased a packet of seed from 'Ed Hume seeds' the 1st year. I have saved the seeds and they Germinate well, 90% germination rate . They are a Mediterranean heirloom variety . from the Ed Hume Website :"Prolific, sweet, light green fruit. An ethnic, middle eastern favorite. Keep picked when small for best flavor and texture. Use as you would any summer squash or zucchini in your favorite recipes."
