An 87 day long dark green hybrid from Hollar. Peacock class melons run 25 lbs and have better flesh quality than Peacock. If this one has better flesh quality than Peacock, I would hate to have to eat a Peacock. One of the worst tasting melons I have grown in a coon's age. On top of that it is a poor producer with a high percentage of misshapen culls. The ones that grow well are visually attractive, but the proof is in the eating and they just are not good eating.
