I love this one... I always see it as a hedge and it always looks lush, neat, compact, bushy, and just great. The leaves are thick and fleshy and, as mentioned, not very fig-like. I've never noticed flowers or fruit on this cultivar, but the species is a South Florida invasive exotic. I have never seen this in tree form like the species, either.

Edit:I have no idea why the leaves are described as they are.Wasn't me!. They actually seem succulent like, not ficus like, if you ask me
And of course if planted in the ground will become a tree-how large depends on how mild your climate.
