This is a gorgeous bulb plant! I love it VERY much.
It's beautiful and fascinating in all its stages. I planted mine last fall and it made 12 flower buds. Its height reaches around 40 cm, probably in its second year it might grow as tall as 80 cm; the height estimated to be its full potential.

This plant, like other Fritillarias I've planted, took an extra year to settle in. I inadvertently made offsets by slicing into the bulb while planting other things (peee-eeeew!!!) so I have two or three small plants instead of one large one.
