Heirloom variety, 90-120 days to maturity. Very crisp and juicy, with just a hint of red on interior stalks. A moderately long-standing variety.
Grew well in "Earthbox" during summer of 2003. Strong celery flavor. Caution: Celery contains limonene, an essential oil known to cause contact dermatitis in some people.
