From Bakker Brothers, who offer this description; "Excellent early, large seeded variety recommended for in- and outdoor growing. Baval is fast growing and gives a beautiful full hearted rosette. The leaves are nice erect, long, rather broad and medium green in colour. Highest yields in Cultivar tests."
