From Bakker Brothers, who offer this description; "Our improved selection of the Paris Market type suitable for mechanical harvesting. Carrots are round, small and smooth with a diameter of 2 x 1,5 cm. Good in- and exterior colour. Baron is a very early, fast growing variety especially adapted to the processing industry."
