"The seed pods of Datura metel 'Black Currant Swirl' are round with little raised bumps and take several weeks to ripen. When they are ripe, they just fall apart. To collect all the seeds, loosely cover each seed pod with a fine netting. This is a picture of a ripening seed pod."
