"I have had this bulb for 8 years, just moved it 2 years ago and this year fed it with bulb food and time release fertilizer. It is blooming for the first time. The leaves are giant and sword-shaped. It is similar to the amarylis next to it, but much, much larger. It is said to bloom in July. My first bloom was June 27th. It has quite a few more buds."
