Ripening Jimmy Nardello pepper. Great sweet flavor.
Time to pick these -- they can be eaten at the mature green stage, but I really prefer them red ripe. So sweet.
These red-ripe and mostly red-ripe 'Jimmy Nardello' peppers recently got fried up with some italian sausage. Delicious.

Not every J. Nardello has clusters such as this but they are not uncommon

A very prolific little plant..kept going and going up until the first frost.
This is one good pepper. Guaranteed. Egg and avocado to give perspective.
