"This is a great addition to our garden for 2003! The common name is Butterfly Pea Vine or Clitoria Vine and is a handsome climber. Beautiful foliage and needless to say stunning blue and white flowers. The flowers are about 2\\\" across and about 1\\\" deep and the vine can grow to about 15 feet or more. The seed pods resemble little pea pods as it is a relative of the pea family. We grow these as annuals in zones 5-6. Also they can easily be grown in containers. We started our seeds early in the spring indoors and once the hot july temps came our way, it took off! Enjoy the photo :-) MountainMeadowSeeds.com" Click here to discuss this photo.
