Closeup of foliage
I love this plant! It just kept on growing and blooming until it got so hot here in Texas. After I cut back all the browning foilage, I noticed it kept coming back ; )
Can't wait to see it again next spring!
Spring plant, from trade last year.
Dicentra habit in bloom.
growing well in temporary potting
Photo taken 5/2. Great garden plant and useful for hiding old daffodil foliage.
Good at the base of a clematis as the roots won't interfere with the clematis roots.
Easy enough to deadhead and seedlings are immediately identifiable and easy to move.
