This zuke is a few days old. I wish I could have caught the blossom open!
The trellis is full with 2 plants. I am starting to train a vine down the top of the fence.
Growing well at 32" long, 2" in diameter, and 5" in circumference on 08.14.2005 in Everson, Wa (Zone 8a) - photo courtesy eweed
This vine is growing out across my lawn some 25 feet from where it was set out.
Just love the shape of these... I let them twirl as they wish instead of hanging them straight.
These grow big in a hurry. They are 10-12 inches long when the blossoms fall off.
It is the plant in the back.
