Definition of shot hole

Categorized under "General"

Definition as written by Terry:

A leaf-spot fungus that infects some fruit trees. The centers of the leaf spots fall out, creating holes that appear as if made by a shotgun. Prevention via good garden hygiene is the best way to avoid infection; well-timed fungicidal sprays are effective if prevention measures fail.
