The color yellow attracts some insects including whitefly, aphids, and mealybugs. That is why sticky traps are colored yellow.
Never wear yellow clothes to a greenhouse or nursery. If they have these insects, you will take them home with you and you will infect your own plants. The color blue is somewhat the same.
