A grain legume grown in many regions. These beans have a high protein content, can tolerate drought and the plants fixes atmospheric nitrogen which allows it to grow on, and improve, poor soils

Nutritious,easy to grow and great for your soil.

You can't beat cowpeas as an all around crop.

These are Blue Goose,a very old variety.Was first mentioned in the 1700's in Jamaica.

Cowpeas are thought to have originated in North west Africa and came to the New World in association with the slave trade.
