Definition as written by talinum:

A byproduct of beef processing. The blood is collected as the animal is slaughtered. It is dried and ground into a powder. It contains nitrogen and some trace elements. Be careful not to use to much or you will burn the plants.

Sometimes it is sprinkled around plants to discourage rabbits.
