Magnesium sulfate, used to correct magnesium deficiencies in soil. Some gardeners swear by epsom salts as a foliar spray, others add it in its granular form, alone or with other substances to the planting hole of tomatoes and roses, among other plants believed to benefit from additional magnesium.
