1) A supportive device, such as a stake or caging wire. To tie up or bind tightly. To support or brace with a rope, string and a wooden stake or metal cage or wire. Something gathered into a bundle.

2) A compact cluster of flowers or fruit, as in tomatoes at the end of a stalk.
