A Quartered Bloom is similar to a cupped bloom, it has so many petals tucked into a cup shape that the petals stand straight up flattened against each other.
The petals appear scalloped and divided into four equal radial sections. The top of the flower is very flat.
Portland from Glendora is a good example of a Quartered Bloom.
