A concentrated organic fertilizer (usually liquid, but can be soluble granules) that can be diluted and applied to tender seedlings and transplants as well as larger plants. It typically has a fairly mild NPK ratio (3-3-1 to 7-3-1) and provides other micronutrients as well.
