A spreading shrub from New Zealand.

Has greyish, ovate, opposite leaves. Bears tubular, white, densly packed flowers in the manner of a bottle brush.

Flowers late May- July

Likes a well drained, moist, poorish soil in full sun or partail shade.

Not fully hardy, will stand a minimum temperature of 32F.

Needs no pruning and has a very neat habit.
