I can only say "ditto" to what's already been written. This is an excellent book/field guide that has helped me identify native plants AND see their potential for use in most landscape designs.
Fantastic book! I carry this one with me as I walk through construction sites looking for natives in need of rescue. The propagation and plating advice is clear and concise. My only wish is that it was about twice as think and contained more plants!
I love this book!! I'm trying to plant more and more native plants and this is a great resource to find them. The book is set up in sections, evergreen and deciduous for each category and trees and shrubs listed by height. I highly recommend this book.
