This book was a gift from my son and I've enjoyed it. It's a great book to spend a rainy afternoon with.

Dig is an attractive book, well laid out with lots of photos that show an industrious gardener working, planting and digging. Meredith Kirton is a no frills writer, but maybe that's because she's so busy. There are a lot of activities in her book, some of them rather unique. The book is broken into lots of mini-segments so I have tended to read it a bit at a time - here and there, rather than straight through. OOps - error on page 22 - NPK is nitrogen, phosphorous potassium, not nitrogen, potassium, phosphorous.
