This and another book, "Old Roses and English Roses", came out at the same time. These two, for me have given us the most information, both, on David Austin, himself, and the magnificent shrubs he has created by crossing the old and the new. Having brought these beauties, to the forefront on the world stage of roses.....a must for rose growers!
