The pictures are worth the price of the book. Although I don't do too much Heliconia ID in Canada, I did take the book on a trip to Costa Rica and it was very helpful. The best part is the size of the book was ideal for travel. A thorough review of species and cultivars and brief notes on distribution, bloom time and description.
