This guide is designed more like an identification guide than a design guide but it is very useful for my climate in which I am a new gardener. Now I know what is in my neighbor's gardens and why they used it!
The illustrations are well done but there are not enough of them or the photo references in the encyclopedia. Many entries have no visual reference at all.
