A comprehensive listing, published by the government of Ontario, of the pests most likely to affect trees in Ontario. Pests are listed alphabetically by the tree that they affect, for diagnostic convenience.

Each entry describes the pest & damage, and lists methods of control - including chemical methods. Includes photographs of the trees, to show you how to recognize the damage, and photographs of the pests where possible.

Contains 2 brief annexes:

-Insect Pests According to Type of Injury (Defoliators, Sucking Insects, Borers, Gall-Makers and Root-Feeders)
-Diseases According to Location of Injury (Foliage, Stem or Branch and Root)

Excellent resource. Recommended.
