The book is an excellent resource for Florida gardeners. I like the fact that he includes many choices in different catagories and specifies whether they will grow in north, central or south FL. It is an easy read with detailed illustrations.

This is a great book if you live in the Sunshine state. Florida has several different zones...areas that get freezes on down to totally tropical. The Tom McCubbin books assist you with knowing what will grow in your particular zone, so you don't plant the wrong thing! Very detailed and factual.
