A good place to start. Not glitzy (line drawings only) but the info is tried & true. Definitely aimed at the gardener/farmer rather than the "apartment herbalist".

Includes interesting articles on people in the herb business who have created niche markets for their products.

I found this book generally inspiring & have used some of the ideas in my own nursery/market garden business.
