An excellent book and very informative. The tincture math the book presents made sense of all the others books I had read. Mr. Cech wrote in a way that made me understand the ratios needed.
Richo clears up any confusion with the math involved in making tincture for home use, as well as the proper use of herbal medicine. This book is easy to read, and easy to use. He has extensive knowledge of the medicinal plants, and makes it fun and easy hands-on knowledge. I highly recommend this book, which is also easy on the pocketbook. I have laid aside my more expensive books, and always seem to reach for this one instead.
