I own this field guide and feel that it's a wonderful hiking companion when trying to identify our native wildflowers. The photos are wonderful and it has a keys to help with identification.
Other info:
~includes 550 common Ontario species
~written in clear, accessible language
~features more than 1000 full-colour wildflower photos, most from the ROM's collection
~illustrated guide to plant parts (very useful for me)
~fits in backpack or pocket, with stitched binding for extra strength
~oil-and-H20-repellant cover lamination

A highly-recommended book!!
