As more people move into high elevation cold climate areas, information is needed for success in growing plants, especially roses. Maggie Sharp has clearly defined the limitations of growing roses in the Rocky Mountains and High Plains and tells how to select, plant and care for them. There are many varieties of roses suitable for growing in high elevation climates which have been around for years, and new varieties are being developed as the market for hardy roses continues to grow. Every rose devotee will find at least one which evokes all the passion of the world's favorite flower.
